Therapeutic Massage:

Combination of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. This is our most requested massage session.  We will focus on problem areas with a therapeutic but relaxing touch.  Prepare to feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

Deep Tissue Massage:

 Focuses on relieving muscle strain, spasms and soreness.  This deep tissue session addresses realigning overused muscles connective tissues, and ligaments due to stress and over activity.  Our massage therapists provide a deeply therapeutic massage to help heal stiff necks, aching backs, headaches and sore feet. Using deep tissue and invigorating myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and stretching techniques, you will leave feeling euphoric, your muscles free from tension and distress. After your session drink plenty of water to help cleanse toxins released from your muscles.

Belavi Facelift Massage:

This is a massage for rejuvenating maturing skin. This special technique lifts, tones and firms your skin, and gives you a glowing look for days. Stone Therapy Session (Hot & Cold Stones): 

This session may not be the stone therapy you have had in the past.  The uses of both hot and cold stones are utilized for therapeutic purposes.  The hot stones allow the therapist to complete a deep tissue massage without the pressure utilized in a regular deep tissue session.  The cold stones are then used to reduce any inflammation that may be present in a specific area.  Another great session to relieve muscle strain, spasms, and soreness. This is the most therapeutic session we offer!

Hot Stone Therapy (Hot Stone Only): 

 If you are looking for the ultimate relaxtion session, request hot stone therapy.   The warmth of the stones allow a therapeutic session but the relaxation received from the heat of the stones cannot be denied.  If pain relief and relaxation is what you are looking for,  be sure to request and specify Hot Stone Therapy!!!

Reflexology Session:

Modality focuses on reflex points in the hands & feet. This is based on the ancient belief that each organ in the body corresponds to a reflex point in the foot.  Manipulating these specific reflex points will stimulate and increase circulation and restore balance, affecting both the structure and function of the body.

Scalp Massage:

Your scalp can also greatly benefit from regular massage. It stimulates blood flow, which in turn helps feed the hair follicles. Sports Massage:

Technique utilized for the active athlete.  Just as regular massage, it will release muscle tension and restore balance in the body.  This is a vigorous session that when received regularly may prevent injury and can also reduce recovery time in the event of injury.

Pre-natal Massage:

Pre-natal massage is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself and your baby. Performed by specially-trained massage therapists, this technique helps increase circulation, relaxes tight muscles, and provides a surge of euphoria-inducing endorphins in yourself and to your baby. Regular and frequent massages throughout your pregnancy will help keep you comfortable throughout your special time.

Medical Massage:

Medical massage therapy applied to a specific area, utilizing specialized techniques to facilitate proper healing and recovery time for injuries caused by but not limited to auto accident, workers compensation, slip and fall accidents, etc..  Prescription required from physician.  Session may or may not be covered by your insurance company.
