ORDERING

All orders are handled through a secure website.  Payments for all items can be accepted electronically through Visa, MC, Amex and Paypal, or sent by mail with money orders, personal checks and cashier checks. There will be a 1 week hold for personal checks before the merchandise is shipped.  If you select Paypal, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the amount due.  The merchandise ordered will be shipped via UPS or USPS. All shipping will be priority for the USPS or ground for UPS unless another service is requested. If express shipments are needed, the charge for items over $100 will only be the premium over the fee for the shipping services mentioned above. TAX & SHIPPING

Shipping charge is $8.00 for 1 to 3 items, then $1 per additional item thereafter. Shipping to you is free on orders of $100 or more. CT sales tax of 6% applies only to merchandise shipped to a CT address. All shipping applies to continental USA only. Overseas and shipping to Hawaii & Alaska will be quoted individually.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, contact us immediately by phone or at Info@HoneyBunnyBaby.com.  Any item returned must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, seals and packaging intact. If the item returned does not meet these conditions or is damaged or worn in any way, it will be returned to you with no refund. All returns must be returned within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise, and no refund is given for shipping fees. After 10 days, the level of refund will be reduced unless the item is returned for a different size or another selection.  After 30 days, all sales are final, and refunds will not apply. All special orders and custom-made items are not returnable. However, we will help to ensure that you select the right size and will do everything possible to guarantee your satisfaction.

MONOGRAMMING & EMBROIDERY DESIGNS

We can monogram any item for you with initials or name. We can also add any embroidery design to any item for you. For further information on this service, please contact us at Info@HoneyBunnyBaby.com.

CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHING

We can custom make children’s clothing for ages NB to 12 years, which includes converting wedding gowns and other treasured items to christening or special occasion wear.  The pattern or design can be yours or ours, and the same with the fabric. However, we do reserve the right to determine if a particular fabric is suitable for a chosen design and if the design is beyond reasonable expectations. A minimum of 6 weeks is required, and all measurements must be accurately taken. We will provide all assistance needed in making these choices with regard to design, fabric, and size. RESTORATION

We provide restoration services for vintage and antique children’s clothing. We can repair and clean all items that have become yellowed and may have tears or open seams. We do not use any chlorine or harsh chemicals. All items will be returned packed in acid-free tissue, and we can order archival boxes if needed. SPECIAL ORDERS

We will be more than happy to try to order christening wear in a larger or smaller size if it is available, but please allow at least 2 weeks to do this. Many companies need at least a 1-week turnaround, and garments from England may need even more time.
