What comes with the rental price?

Free delivery & set-up on a skirted cart (within cities indicated).
1, 2 or 3 mixes (depending on what size machine you rent).
Also, we will mix everything together for you and get the machine going, so all you have to do is add a little extra mix now and then to be sure you don't run out.  You also get friendly helpful customer service and the luxury of enjoying your party.

How long is the rental for?

Generally, 24 hours – give or take a few hours depending on a convenient-for-you drop-off & pick-up schedule.  We just need to have enough time to have it cleaned and ready for the next delivery.

How much ice do I need?

No ice necessary, the machine freezes everything for you.

What do I need to supply?

*A DEDICATED standard outlet (an outlet with nothing else plugged into it).
*Alcohol if you’re adding it to the mix (please keep this in the freezer until we get there).
*Extra alcohol if you’re planning to purchase extra mix.
*A spot picked out for the machine/cart – preferably inside during the hot months or in the shade if it needs  to be outside.
*Margarita salt and maybe some limes if you’ve picked margarita and whip cream for daiquiris.
*A great party atmosphere.

What kind of alcohol and how much do I need?

When you decide on the flavors you want, we will tell you what kind of alcohol and how much to get and the good news is, you don't have to buy the pricey stuff, any cheap store brand will do, because once it's frozen, you can't even taste it. 

How do I know which machine to rent?

To be safe, follow this rule of thumb:
Up to 60 people for a single machine (but if there are 40+, plan on buying an extra mix for a 2nd batch).
60 – 90 people for a double machine (again, plan on buying extra mix if you are at the higher end of this count).
90+ people for the triple machine (great for weddings or if you are expecting kids, you can have 2 with cocktails and 1 with slushies for the kids).

How much is it to buy extra mix?

$25, which will make about 5 ½ gallons frozen.  We will always bring a back up mix so you are not stuck without enough and if you don’t use it, we won’t charge you.

What do I do with the leftovers?

Leftovers?  No problem, just pour the remainder of the frozen drinks into a zip-up freezer bag and put it in the freezer for a later date.  Always handy to have when unexpected company arrives.

Where do you deliver to?

Delivery is free up to 25 miles from Chino Hills and includes these cities listed:  Alta Loma, Azusa, Baldwin Park, Brea, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Corona, Covina, Diamond Bar, Hacienda Heights, La Puente, La Verne, Mira Loma, Montclair, Norco, Ontario, Phillips Ranch, Placentia, Pomona, (some parts of) Rancho Cucamonga, Rowland Heights, San Dimas, Upland, Walnut, West Covina & Yorba Linda.  Cities located 25 - 40 miles from Chino Hills will be charged a one time fee of $25 for delivery/pick-up.

How far in advance should I make reservations?

About 2-3 weeks before the event, however, a little more time if it’s on a Holiday or over a Holiday weekend.  If you are planning something spontaneously, call us even a day before, you might get lucky!
