The hearing was a quasi-legal proceeding necessitating professional recording and eventually full transcripts. The services provided by the main office and those provided by the individual court reporter were professional experienced knowledgeable prompt reliable and confidential. The main office was responsive to inquiries relating to advance preparations and the status of transcripts copies of which were sent to multiple locations. Billing was handled clearly concisely in a timely manner and was reasonable. The individual reporter who attended our hearing asked necessary questions and was on-time prepared discrete courteous and personable. I will definitely use Gracie O'Rourke's services again if the situation arises in the San Antonio locale. I would very much like to use Gracie O'Rourke's services again in any location could a travel plan be arranged for her staff.
