Sacramento Carting is located at Sacramento, California.

Track Locations - We teach our driving schools at two different sprint tracks, located in Davis and Folsom (Prairie City: State Vehicle Recreational Area). We use race-ready karts that conform to existing IKF entry-level racing classes.
When renting Carts you will receive:
- full racing suit with helmet, gloves, and neck collar.
- We use ROC timing system to provide all renters with their individual lap times and average speed.
Don’t wear:
- Open-toed footwear, as it is not allowed when riding our karts; baggy pants, as they don’t fit well under our tight fitting skid suits.
All drivers must sign an insurance release and waiver form. Any driver under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a minor release form.
Ages 8 and up with a minimum height of 49” are allowed to ride the regular go-karts. We ask that children 5-7 years old call ahead for scheduling so that we are able to work with them individually.
Our policy, for safety reasons, is that a parent must be on the track with a young child (each in their own kart) at the same time. Parent and child will be the only two people on the track at that time.
HOURS OF OPERATION

KART RENTAL FEES (as of January 1, 2005)
$35 per 10 lap session and $30 each 10 lap session after that in the same day
This is with the 6.5 hp Hondas (speeds up to 50 mph)
$70 per 10 lap session for the 125cc Leopard motor go-karts (speeds up to 70 mph)
**You must drive a 6.5 hp Honda before renting a Leopard motor to prove speed and control
Height/age restrictions
Children must be 8 years old and at least 49” tall (4ft)
Ages 5 years old and up

Private & Corporate Party Information

Available for Team Building, a Cure for Office Boredom, Birthday Parties (for all ages), Anniversaries, or any other reason your group can justify!!
We will provide
- Professionally maintained Open-wheeled Racing Go-Carts (speeds up to 50 mph).
- Driving Suits, Full-face Helmets, Neck Collars, Gloves. (Racers should wear closed-toed shoes – tennis shoes are the best).
- A thorough Safety Speech to explain the Flags, Hand Signals & Driving Tips to enhance your experience.
- A Computerized Professional Timing and Scoring System that will provide racers with a print-out of times and speeds (for bragging rights, of course).
- A fully staffed Track and Retail Shop.
What we require of you
- One contact person to organize and coordinate the racers from your group.
- A set party date with a second “weather date”.
Weekdays and early morning (8 am) are best for parties of 10 or more
Weekends are very hectic with test and tuners, renters & races
- Closed-toed shoes (tennis shoes are best – big chunky heels and boots are not good!)
- Racers who want to have fun!!!!
Option #1: 5-16 Participants $35.00 per person per first session* ($30 for each ensuing session in the same day)
Option #2: 17 Participants or more $1150.00 per hour**
*Each session is 10 laps, 8 of which are timed. Between rental sessions, you may get to see Test & Tune drivers who have their own high powered karts that do speeds up to 90 mph. They can be very entertaining.
** After the safety speech the hour starts when racers commence to dress. We will allow you as many sessions as possible during that hour. The number of sessions depends on how well organized you are as a group.
Note: No food or drink may be brought on the premises. Catering is available on a quote basis.
