Christopher B. Lyons
Christopher B. Lyons is the Firm’s founder and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lyons earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas in 1976. Mr. Lyons went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1981 and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma since 1981. Mr. Lyons remains a member of the Delta Theta Phi fraternity. In 1993, Mr. Lyons earned his license to practice law in the State of Arkansas.
Mr. Lyons has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U. S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma; and, has been admitted to practice before numerous other Courts in a variety of jurisdictions, across multiple states on a pro hac vice basis.
Mr. Lyons is an active member of our local community and the surrounding legal community. He is a Board Member of the Tulsa Domestic Violence and Intervention Services (DVIS); and, a member in good standing of the following: Rogers County, Mayes County, Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association; and, Committee of Tulsa County Professional Responsibility

Martha Blackburn
Martha Blackburn joined the Firm in 1990. Through her initial employment with the Firm, Ms. Blackburn served the Firm and our clients as a paralegal. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and paralegal studies from the Northeastern State University in 1999. Ms. Blackburn then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa and became licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma in 2003.
Ms. Blackburn is an active member of our local community and the surrounding legal community. She is a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club of Green Country; a participating member of the Monday Group; and, a Board Member of the Pryor Lions Club. In addition, Ms. Blackburn is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma and Mayes County Bar Associations.

Lawana Downing, Office Manager
Lawana Downing has been with our Firm since 1988. Ms. Downing is the backbone of our organization and is the quintessential expression of each of the qualities we hold with such high regard. She is our Ambassador to the public, our clients and our guests. She is the friendly voice you will find when calling the office. Ms. Downing works tirelessly to ensure our calendars, messages, correspondence, staff and so much more are exactly where they need to be in a timely fashion.

Edward A. Clark, CLA
Edward A. Clark is a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Mr. Clark has been with the Firm since 1997 and is our senior paralegal. He earned his Associate of Applied Science degree in paralegal studies from Rogers State University in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts in psychology in May 2005 from Langston Univeristy. Mr. Clark works hand-in-hand with our attorneys and Ms. Downing to serve our clients and their needs.
