• Except for emergencies, we shall always make a through and complete oral examination, including x-rays and all other means necessary to arrive at a complete and accurate diagnosis.
• We shall always give our patients an oral report of our examination and at least one definite treatment plan and its cost.
• We will assist in the arrangement of a payment plan if desired.
• Since dental neglect costs more in time, pain, health and money, we shall always present a preventive program for each patient.
