Railroad Litigation

Collisions between vehicles and trains at railroad grade crossings are usually catastrophic or deadly. Unfortunately, train accidents continue to occur quite frequently. I am an experienced railroad litigation attorney who has the legal expertise to handle these types of cases. There are a variety of liability issues that need to be analyzed in evaluating and prosecuting railroad litigation claims.
