Joseph Seiwert

Joseph Seiwert is a 1984 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 1989, Mr. Seiwert has practiced extensively in the areas of Kansas Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Personal Injury, primarily representing injured workers or their family members in those cases. He is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, where he is a member of the Board of Governors. Mr. Seiwert earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Kansas, also attending Wichita State University. While at the University of Kansas, he was elected to the honorary society, Phi Beta Kappa. He resides in Wichita, Kansas, but practices law throughout the State of Kansas.
