Basic Chimney / Fireplace Cleaning:
Includes cleaning the flue and firebox only, from the inside. - $99.00 + Tax

Premium Chimney / Fireplace Cleanings:
Includes cleaning everything involved with the fireplace. Flue, firebox, smoke shelf, damper, cap, etc, not to include the wall the fireplace is on. Cleaned from the inside and outside. This includes the firebox being painted free of charge and an annual discount of $30.00 off after your first initial premium charge, as long as it is scheduled before August 31st of the following year. (Nothing off if firebox is not painted) (Firebox painting is strictly cosmetic and will burn off at the first fire, you may encounter flaking and peeling at the first fire also, for there is not any paint made that is fireproof.) - $129.00 + Tax

Screen Chimney Caps:
Labor and material - $149.00 + Tax

Basic Chimney Caps:
Caps we have in stock (Custom ordered will be quoted upon request.) $199.00 + Tax

All above prices are for chimney/fireplace and dryer vents that are within normal conditions. If additional labor must be taken in order to perform the cleaning process correctly, additional charges will occur. Quotes and approvals for this will be presented before any work is done.

Gas Starter Pipe: - $99.00 + Tax

Dryer Vent Cleanings:
$99.00 + Tax - Venting system vents out of the wall and is on the 1st level

$129.00 + Tax - Venting system vents out of the roof and is on the 2nd level.

No extra charges will occur as long as the vent is a straight shot out the roof or wall, additional charges will occur if venting has angles or other labor is involve in order to clean it properly.

Trip Charge: For Visual Inspection and/or Estimates on repairs without a cleaning service - $99.00 + Tax
